Conference streaming and archiving

A new unique, simple and automated solution for live broadcasting and recording of meetings
 


With the introduction of SW 7001 Streaming Solution DIS has fully integrated the audiovisual conference market with Internet and IT - and most of all prepared the way for meeting and conference holders to broadcast very quickly and automatically their meetings via a standard website. They can choose either to broadcast audio alone or together with a video signal from one or more cameras.
With our newly launched Web Service Interface DIS can now offer automatic recording of events and display on the Internet - both live and on demand.  This streaming solution adds an extra dimension to conferencing, enabling people to follow a meeting from the distance at once or later. 
 
Automatic and fast cataloguing
The time-consuming chore of pre and post-broadcast programming like indexing is now history. The SW 7001 Streaming Solution saves time and money as it features ongoing notification of the agenda item currently being processed during the meeting. This allows automatic display, segmentation and classification of the content of the meeting, and the insertion of waypoints in the media stream to simplify location. Best of all, once parameters are determined, the whole process is automatic. 
 
The system comes with a display page that, with a few minor adjustments, can be integrated with your own graphic identity. It also features media player controls to navigate contents and menu. 
 
There are multiple benefits of the SW 7001 Streaming Solution. The users can via auto indexing makes archived material available immediately after the broadcast/archiving is finished. It will be broadly used in government, city councils and institutional settings as well as private industry, as it is a democratic way to include more meeting participants even if they are at a distance.
