Informationsteknik focuses very much on both quality and environment, as reflected in our many processes. One of the most important tasks of Informationsteknik’s employees is to ensure that our clients are completely satisfied with the solution we supply – and that the quality is perfect in terms of products and installation.
If the installation is a complete AV installation we shall test it in our test workshop where possible, whilst construction is still in progress. When the customer’s premises have been completed the equipment will be transported after testing to the point of installation, assembled and connected. The system is tested quickly once again when the entire installation is ready on the customer’s premises. In the case of a temporary installation supplied by our rental department, the same stringent requirements are applied. Al equipment is thoroughly tested – and the procedure tested before the arrangement commences.
The clients are also given the opportunity to test presentations, speakers etc. in our premises.
