This is the way we work
   
Our expanded service department guarantees constant updating and maintenance assuring you of many years problem-free operation of your AV solution.
Many of our clients have already signed service contracts with Informationsteknik for their AV equipment, thereby protecting their investment in years to come.
A service contract normally covers 2 year’s preventive maintenance visits to ensure problem-free operation, as well as the possibility of calling out one of our service engineers within the agreed response time if the need arises. The engineers take any defective equipment back with them to our service workshop for repair and adjustment.

Service on the customer’s premises . . .

A service call also provides you with the opportunity to ask our service engineers questions about your particular AV installation and discuss any improvements to the existing AV installation. Ring or write if you want us to quote you for a service contract without obligation. You may also call to hear what we can offer you in terms of different services at different prices levels, which obviously be adapted to your requirements.

  • The service contract obliges Informationsteknik to come to you within the agreed response time when called out to a fault.
  • Service contract clients are always given priority over other clients
  • Generally speaking servicing in connection with a call-out to a fault will always commence immediately if this is possible.
